     Learn the tools you need to get stronger, reduce injuries, overcome pain and stiffness and improve computer posture in a sustainable, enjoyable way.     Know when to push hard and when to rest or do a gentler workout. When you tune into your natural cycles of energy, you can avoid overuse injuries, reduce stress and restore your energy if you are feeling burnt out - you might even sleep better! I offer different styles of classes to meet your needs on a given day - some classes are faster paced and more demanding whereas others are more restorative in flavour.

  • Movement Quality over Quantity

    Quality matters more than quantity if you want your body to last a long time. Often people mistake speed for a good workout where really all they have done is strengthen their bad habits! I supply enough detail about why we are doing each exercise and exactly the best way to find the best alignment for you to succeed in waking certain areas up. Alignment isn’t the end goal, it is just one of many tools we have to optimize our full movement experience.

    In my on-line classes, you will find a safe, supportive and friendly space to befriend your body while giving it the challenges it needs to stay healthy. We all have a different personal injury history, different body types and structures so we alone can decide what our workout will look like. I give mulitple options so you can pick the one that best serves you at this time. But it’s also nice to hear that the body is never static and we do ultimately have more control than we realize in how it functions! By putting in the time and the practice, you can make great changes.
