My ultimate goal is to share with you the best tools and techniques I’ve found over the years with the teachers I’ve studied with, drawing from multiple systems for sustainable longevity promoting workouts .

I’m certified in Pilates, yoga (Esther Myers Yoga studio)restorative yoga (Judith Lasater) and ELDOA and have been teaching since 1999 . But I really I just love learning and exploring and am currently interested in Yiquan .
