Our feet get ignored until they start to hurt! This 2 set series of classes will help you build your feet, ankle hip and leg strength which will improve your whole body strength, power and improve your balance.

You’ll learn simpler foundation work followed by more full body total body strength exercises at your own level where you’ll start to feel the connection of your feet to the rest of your body!

Take away tips and quick exercises for foot self care and a stronger foundation .

Props: chair, wall, weights, yoga block, foam roller, dowel or broomstick
