Strength with Weights Challenge

Use your weights for compound movements that raise your heart rate while improving co- ordination and strength! We did a few more reps than usual as well this class to add challenge and make progress.

For arms we focused on biceps and overhead press options. Some new core work options and finishing the circuit with some basic light plyos.
