This was the last class in a 6 week session of a series called Pilates Remix. Add weights to your regular core work. You’ll also get some solid leg work, ankle work, balance, and hip mobility as well 4 new Polymetric exercises and a series of 3 Isometric holds to build tendon and muscle strength. Good overall full body workout that uses creative new exercise strategies often missed in regular fitness classes. Good for everyone at all levels!
