A Thanksgiving class designed for all seasons! Mobility isn’t about achieving big impressive shapes. It’s the ability to breathe efficiently, having a pelvis that moves in a figure 8 pattern as we walk, and having strong legs, ankles, feet and calf muscles! It’s also about being able to walk around without looking down at our feet and being able to scan the environment and enjoy the view. It’s about being relaxed and not tense. This class was designed for all of this!

props: yoga block or book, band, yoga strap or a towel, pilates ball, 2 pound medicine ball or roundish cushion , 1 heavy‘ish weight for your legs, 2 light weighted balls, dumbbells or small water bottles
