1'st Class Mobility Bundle

For your first mobility session you'll need a rolling pin or dowel, a sock, a weight and a band. We focused on hip hinges for strong glutes and healthy hips, waking up the deep calf muscle (the soles-second pump in the body!) tibial rotation for better foot and knee function, and some upper body hand and forearm strengthening. Next week we'll add on!
